Myrtle Beach FC partners with top caterer Inlet Affairs
Fresh off of Myrtle Beach FC’s 1st team tryouts, Myrtle Beach FC announces a partnership with Inlet Affairs to provide catered, cooked on site, quality meals for the players after each home game starting May 5th when Myrtle Beach FC opens at home.
"We could have provided something as simple as pizza, but we're big believers in being gracious hosts and providing the same quality food for our guests traveling from 7 hours or more, as we will for our own players." said Trym Hogner, Myrtle Beach FC President said of the food they'll provide. CEO Tristan Patterson continued "We want to thank Beth Ann Meschter and owner David McMilian of Inlet Affairs and Drunken Jack's for their support of soccer in the community and Myrtle Beach FC's inaugural season. To have Drunken Jack's, a name with 30 years of history behind it, and Inlet Affairs having just catered many of the Presidential Debate events, to say we're proud to have their support is an understatement." Drunken Jacks has been closed for the month of January for repairs and will re-open February 2nd in time for the Superbowl and for Coach Thunder and tryout attendees to go enjoy a meal after the 2nd round of tryouts on February 4th.
Beth Ann Meschter of Inlet Affairs said "This will be an awesome partnership, we cook on site so we're excited to have an audience at Doug Shaw." When asked about the challenge of providing food for nearly 50 top athletes Mrs. Meschter responded "Nothing to challenging for us. We provide catering for every occasion, it will be a lot of fun to come up with the menu for each game."
